Andy and Mike came to do system maintenance before the summer season starts. They were both very personable, thorough and took time with us to explain the issues that we had with our unit. Amazing experience with this company. Our water heater was deemed dangerous by the gas company and we immediately called Idaho Heating and Air. They arrived within 30 minutes and Justin provided us amazing service. This was an unusual problem and Justin utilized all resources to make sure we had a solution by the end of the day.
