If you are looking to upgrade your current heating system, Idaho Heating and Air is the company to call! Not only do they install, service and maintain geothermal HVAC units, but dual fuel and air to air systems as well. Jason, Brian and their crew are the BEST and did a fabulous job on our retro! I would highly recommend them to my friends and family!

Amazing experience with this company. Our water heater was deemed dangerous by the gas company and we immediately called Idaho Heating and Air. They arrived within 30 minutes and Justin provided us amazing service. This was an unusual problem and Justin utilized all resources to make sure we had a solution by the end of the day. He arrived the next day with the necessary parts and quickly and efficiently solved our problem and we had our water heater back up and running. Thanks again Justin and I would recommend this company to anyone!

Highly recommend this company! I appreciated the communication and accurate updates I received when someone would be arriving at my home and I liked that I was texted a picture and bio of the techs that was coming, it made me feel safe and comfortable. I had my AC fixed and I requested someone to come out and look at my AC, furnace, and water heater for upgrade options. Scott and Erin were very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate them taking the time to explain and show me what they were seeing and walking me through everything. They even sent detailed emails with pictures to my significant other who is currently deployed so he could be included in everything that was being discussed. Everyone had such a great attitude and were wonderful to work with. Could not recommend them enough!

I have a few rental houses and have always used other companies but I tried Idaho Heating and Air this time and now I’m a life long customer! The experience I received from start to finish was great and everyone is so nice. My technician Scott cam out and WOW!!! He is a book of knowledge and helped me pick a system that fits my needs and budget. I will only use this company from now on. I wish I could give more stars.

Idaho Heating made the nightmare of our entire system failing, so much more bearable. Andy Fountain came out to diagnose the issue and he was incredibly professional, DID NOT use any fear tactics to get us to buy a new system, honest and showed us everything, and clearly explained things. They were so kind to us and swent above and beyond when they didn’t have to. Chris Coleman was our installer and he was clear and professional and took time to answer all our questions and was not in a rush to get out once the installation was completed. They have a great team! I highly recommend them and will never go with anyone else!

Andy was the consummate professional, very thorough as he checked and serviced our AC, furnace and water heater, keeping us informed along the way. He was honest and ethical when describing what our units needed to bring them up to par. An excellent employee for sure and a great asset to the company.

We loved our experience with Idaho Heating & Air. Erin (one of their techs) was super informative, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. And Kevin (the one who installed the HVAC) was prompt, professional, did excellent work, and communicated well during all parts of the install process. When the city inspector came, he noted that the company always does good, clean, quality work and makes his job easy. (: Communication with their office was also easy. Recommended!

Mike came a few weeks ago and diagnosed a problem with getting adequate air conditioning. The parts needed were delayed at the manufacturer so just arrived yesterday and installed today by Andy (one of us remembers his name as Adam). Arrived later than expected but very thorough and did excellent work.

Andy and Mike came to do system maintenance before the summer season starts. They were both very personable, thorough and took time with us to explain the issues that we had with our unit. My husband was with them while they did their trouble shooting and they showed him how different parts should be working so he visually understood why we were having problems and gave us a some options for repair. They were very patient with two “older” people and answered all of our questions so that we understood what we needed to do. Highly reccommend this company and Andy and Mike.
